What you would need in your midsize car? Comfortable ride, nice looks, capable handling and good value, isn’t it? The 2008 Ford Fusion is a terrific choice among midsize sedans and should be given attention to.

The Fusion is available with a choice of V6 and four-cylinder engines. The four-cylinder comes with a five-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission. The V6 comes with a six-speed automatic, a feature associated with top-end luxury cars. Both engines provide adequate power and fuel economy though they are outperformed by the engines offered by several competitors.

The cabin is comfortable and well designed with controls that are intuitive and easy to operate. The center dash is not that attractive [at least it's not for me] however, and the interior looks classier in the lighter colors but ofcourse your choice matter here when it comes down to interior colors.

The Fusion gives a distinctive and attractive appearance because of the crisp lines, big headlights and bold, chrome grille.

New features and options in Fusion 2008

• An optional Sport Appearance Package comes with a firmer suspension and sporty interior and exterior styling cues.
• Antilock brakes and a tire-pressure monitor are now standard, while rear obstacle detection becomes an option.
• Ford’s Sync communications and entertainment system is offered for the first time, and the available navigation system adds voice activation.

Mazda has given its BT-50 pickup truck a minor change and announced that the new model will help it achieve a total pickup truck sales of 12,700 in 2008, up from 11,000 units in 2007.

Produced at the AutoAlliance Thailand (AAT) plant in Rayong, the BT-50 is also exported to 130 global markets from Thailand. The face lifted BT-50 maintains its sporty appeal, with the new design adding a more dynamic and robust look.

There is a new front pentagonal grille, along with new front bumpers, multi-reflector headlights and turning lights. Meanwhile, the rear lights are larger and come with chrome trim. The side profile is highlighted by a new wheel fender kit, as well as 15-inch or 16-inch 5-spoke wheels. There are 11 colours to choose from as well.

3. Price: In this day and age how can you scoff at a car that bases less than $15,000? And when you deduct for Suzuki’s over the top rebates you just can’t go wrong. Don’t forget about the money you’ll be saving due to the awesome gas mileage.

The 2008 Ducati 1098S is a thing of beauty. From Italy, the land of Ferrari and Lamborghini, comes the fastest v-twin superbike in production today, the Ducati 1098S. The 1098S is the result of when form and function blend together in a truly artistic and powerful way. The 1098S was developed after years of superbike racing and thousands of miles of on-road testing. Right out of the box it’s hard to find a better all-around motorcycle for the streets and highways wherever you might ride.

The Ducati 1098S features the Testastretta Evolucione engine, a fuel injected, two cylinder, 4-stroke motor that produces a whopping 160 horsepower @ 9750 rpm, and 90.4 foot pounds of torque @ 8000 rpm, it’s a smooth sounding wicked motor with power to burn. This motorcycle is put together so well and my hat is off to Ducati. Producing such a masterpiece is no small feat of engineering, and wrapping that slick body around such a monster of a motor just plain worked so well. In my humble opinion i can’t find a more elegant and handsome motorcycle in production today. Ducati is a legend in superbike racing, and taking from the Ducati racing ventures, this model is ready for the track the first second you put your hands on it!

The Ducati 1098S feature a six-speed transmission linked by chain to the tire and an aluminum Ohlins rear suspension holding a 6 inch rear tire to the pavement. The front brakes are a 4-piston, 13 inch disc design while the rear has two calipers and a 9.7 inch disc. The rear rebound damping is adjustable along with the shock as well as the front suspension. If you get a chance to ride one go after it, this ride will blow you away!
